Annealing wire threading
- Wire Break Re-Threading: Annealing straightens the wire, enabling re-threading at the break point during machining with virtually 100% reliability, eliminating the need to return to the start hole.
- Submerged Wire Threading: Performs automatic wire threading during submerged machining without draining or refilling the work tank.
- Multi-Hole Machining: If re-threading fails, the machine automatically skips to the next hole and stores the skipped location for later completion.
